These Tools are intended for educational and exploratory use only and are not certified for professional engineering, surveying, or legal decision-making.
3. Ownership & Branding
The Site and Services are owned and operated by Simon Knutson.
“Geo-Surface” is a trade name used by Simon Knutson and is not a separate legal entity or corporation.
4. Modifications to the Terms
I may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
5. User Eligibility & Accounts

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Manitoba.
